Return / Exchange
We ensures that your items are inspected, packed and delivered properly. In the event when you received any wrong item or defective items, kindly write-in to us via email at email@example.com with your Order ID.
In the event, if you had purchased the wrong item, we invite you to review the following terms related to our acceptance of returning a product.
- Our return / exchange is valid for 15 working day(s) from the date of order.
- Product(s) to be return in showroom conditions (unopen/sealed/unassembled/undamaged/unused) within the return time frame.
- Returns / exchange is not eligible for discounted / sale and preorder item (s).
- You will need to arrange a fully trackable courier service(s) for return or visit eWalker showroom within the operating hours.

- Credit card: 3.5% (of the total order value) + S$5
